Below is a list of questions that we encounter on a day to day basis. We hope you will find these questions and answers informative and decisive
Question #1: How many DJ's do you have?
Answer: We currently employ 10 DJ's. However, we do not book every DJ we have. We hold 4 on call in the event one of our scheduled DJ's has an unavoidable incident that he/she has no control over. This guarantees that your event will be covered by a experienced DJ.
Question #2: Can we meet the DJ that will be doing our event?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to meet the DJ. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be the DJ you would get. Why, you ask! It is possible that 1.) he/she becomes sick, 2) is called out of town, 3) is involved in an accident, 4) encounters a family emergency, or other reasons not mentioned here.
FACTOID
Any DJ company that "Guarantees" the DJ you will get, has opened themselves up for a lawsuit that you could actually win, unless there is a disclaimer stating they have the right to substitute a DJ in the event of sickness, accident or unavoidable incidences that prohibit them from performing booked function. In that case, you might as well as hired us for your event, because that is what our "Guarantee" is. We will provide a professional experienced DJ for your event, that specializes in your type of event, and we will do our best to insure that you get the DJ you request.
Question #3: Is your company insured?
Answer: Absolutely! Every one of our DJ's is insured by a valid and current "Liability Policy" that provides peace of mind for your event.
Question #4: Do you have "Backup Equipment" in the event of equipment failure?
Answer: Again, absolutely! We are not so naive to think that equipment doesn't fail, nor break. Our equipment is serviced weekly to insure top performance, however we maintain backup equipment for all of our DJ's.
Question #5: Do you provide references that we can call?
Answer: Yes we do. If you would like to call some to verify our service, please give us a call or email us. Sorry, we don't publish them online for obvious reasons. Most people don't want their name and phone number published on the internet.
Question #6: Can we book our function over the internet?
Answer: Yes, you can. Once you've verifed that the date is open from us either by phone or email, you can click on the link "Book Function" and fill out the information needed, pay your deposit by either a debit or credit card and we will confirm and mail you a contract for your date.
Questions #7: Are we allowed to select our own music?
Answer: Absolutely! Once you book your event with us, we will issue you a username and password so you can access our online music list and wedding reception itinerary form. All of our forms are online so you can conveniently fill them out in the privacy of your home along with your fiance'.
Question #8: Where exactly is our username and password found?
Answer: They will be available in the "Last Sentence" under your contracts' "Terms of Agreement".
Question #9: What if we have a song or some songs that you don't have? Who provides them?
Answer: We will research our extensive database of music to see if we have them on hand. If not, we will do our best to obtain them for you. However, if you wish to provide them yourselves on CD, we would be happy to play them for you.
Question #10: How far in advance should we book our event?
Answer: Once you've established a date and place for your event, you should book us. We generally book events a year in advance. Always call or email us first to insure that the date is available. Because we do have multiple DJ's, we are generally available to do your event.
Question #11: How much do you charge for your services?
Answer: As you can imagine, there are different variables in question here, 1) how many hours, 2) what type of event, 3) where is the event, 4) what other services do you want, i.e karaoke, props, lighting, etc. However, we can assure you that you will pleasantly surprised at just how affordable we are. Question #12: Why is your price so much lower than everyone else? What's the catch?
Answer: Actually, we provide you the exact same service as many other DJ's and more. There is a perceived value for everything you buy. Would you pay $50,000 for a car that sells at another dealership for $25,000 with the exact same features and benefits. Probably not. However, you can check us out at the Better Business Bureau, check references, or take a look at our track record over the last 20years in business. We'd be happy to share them with you.
